Fied brinjal and stuffed bean paste

The dim sum is located within the sin hoe garden food court. Operating right at one of the corner right in the end of the food court, the trays of steaming baskets are staked right on top of one another and hot steam covers the sight on in early morning breeze. Approaching hot afternoon when the sun is right above your head, the availability of the dim sum choices would be very limited and down to few choices only. So like many other dim sum place, it would be wiser to pay early visit rather than later. The famous item is the big pau with succulent and juicy strips of pork and hardboiled egg all enclosed within the soft, white and fluffy pau. Watch the first bite as the sweet gravy which is slightly greasy from the pork would burst and chances are high that one would burn their tongue if not careful enough. It is a great place to dine when looking at a wide selection of dishes if one did not mind to dine with no air condition and in a semi open air restaurant. The siew mai is pretty decent but not to my liking as the meats were still slightly loose to have the texture of some chewy and bouncy fat pieces within the bites when gnawing the siew mai.
