This is the first time I went to dine-in at Tappers Cafe.. We've ordered their few new dishes such as Chicken Parmigiana..The taste was not really impressive.. at the same time, the environment is not really pleasant, because very noisy when there's group of people who talked loudly..yet, I'm attracted with their restaurant's theme : white!!
