Like many other Korean restaurants, the ban chan (side dishes) would rotate every once in a while so one would actually need to visit pretty frequently to actually taste it all. I have mentioned it many times in my blog that the Koreans actually have their meals with lots of stew and soups as the main dish where else the ban chans are actually sides which is usually prepared in bulk and stored in fridge while taken bit by bit to go with the main courses or the main dish and white rice. One of the many reasons which is the obvious treat and delight many people love about the Korean BBQ is the array of side dishes. With that, it becomes an important factor to keep customers returning for more. Da O Re seems to be one that really manages well and still retaining their customers despite the use of local ingredients to replace Korean ingredients. Then again, the prices are considerably reasonable compared to some which is slightly overpriced. Having said that, they don’t actually vary too much.
