Located under a flyover, Ah Wang Bak Kut Teh is really one of the famous bak kut teh shop here, even the paper also report about it, as flying feces attack on the customer. It is famous with its bak kut teh, and steam fish head. I had both and steam tofu and fried vege. Bak kut Teh- It seen pretty dilute, but it is flavorful, and full of ingredient. The herbal taste is quite strong though, but the meats are a bit tasteless, and it is a bit dry. They served it under claypot which keep the soup warm. The best thing is, can refill the soup for many times. Steam Fish- They used fresh fish, hence it is very nice. I have a simple garlic soy-sauce steam, both ingredient bright up the fish, and the freshness and sweetness of the fish was enhanced. Steam Tofu- normal taste, soft and smooth tofu with soy sauce. Fried Vege- Well cooked vege, with some spring onion and garlic. Still very crunchy though.
