Xiao Long Bao is also known as soup dumpling where it contains soup broth and pork filling, steamed and served in small bamboo baskets traditionally. At Paradise Dynasty, these fine piece of Chinese culinary art with an innovative touch has created eight legendary flavors of fusion xiao long bao - Original, Ginseng, Foie Gras, Black Truffles, Cheesy, Crab Roe, Garlic and Szechuan. These sequence with each representing color is recommended to enjoy the unique flavor of each xiao long bao. These xiao long bao are steamed to perfection. The soup broth and filling inside are very hot. Gently lift it to a spoon, bite off a small portion to allow it for cooling. Then sip the soup broth follow by the dumpling with its filling. Among the eight flavors that I have tasted, best three flavors was crab roe, foie gras and black truffles. Ginseng and cheese both flavors was quite mild. Whereas garlic flavor was too strong and the Szechuan was quite spicy. The original flavor initiated the journey to savor these legendary xiao long bao.
