Actually, there is a lot of choice for you to decide of where to enjoy your buffet spree :P One of them would be this opulent décor of Fuzion at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. It’s located near to Sunway Pyramid mall itself and thus, make it easy for you to go for retail therapy:P Fuzion presents varieties of continental cuisine that promises guests a sumptuous buffet of marriage between Asian, Western, Middle Eastern and Japanese cuisines, barbecue, cold appetisers and salads as well. Definitely, there are more than what your tummy could take it! :P You may start with the Zen first, perhaps? ^^ Here is the section where you can find fresh, I mean real fresh sashimi! The salmon and red tuna are equally good! Aside from tantalizing your taste bud from the very first bite, it also just melt in your mouth. Don’t worry about fishy smell as they are totally freshly sliced and you can actually taste the ‘seafood sweetness’ in it. Shoyu and wasabi are definitely not to be missed when eating sashimi. If you are a huge fan of raw oysters, mussels and crustaceans alike, rest be assured to be mesmerized by their myriad spread over here. Oysters are opened up upon your request by the chef on duty. Thus, quality is of supreme assurance! ^^ After added with lemon juice, let the smooth oyster sails thoroughly silkily through your throat! :P Mussels are laid on cold ice to preserve its freshness and they did, taste heavenly! Not forgetting their juicy prawns and huge crustaceans! At some point, I thought it was Alaskan King Crab! Haha…
