Another sinful feast on a Friday noon, hehe. This supreme mix of curry baked with gooey Swiss Cheese comes with assorted bites like sausage, half-boiled egg, onions, all-time-favourite potato and last but not least, sweet corns. Each of the snacks are baked till crispy before doused with the aromatic gravy and melting cheese. The curry itself is quite rich and moderate spicy, and the cheese is ever that lip-smacking creamy! Occasionally you could enjoy the crispy part of the aromatic cheese. Just that if only they could be more generous on it, it would be wonderful! ^^ Apart from that, I do enjoy the fragrantly-baked potatoes very much! For this menu, you could choose to be served with either rice or spaghetti. Boush Soup It’s quite common to see Hong Kie restaurant chain to pair its food menu with soup, be it creamy sweet corn or Boush variety. I personally find this soup taste better over here than at Wong Kok eatery. It has got the adequate sweetness of the veges like celery, amidst the sourness flavor. Quite a balanced gauge and thus very delish. There are also cubes of potatoes and carrots in it, that help to make the soup much sweeter and spice it up further. Considered a nice and satisfactory try. :D
