Chicken Pizza Finally, I get my hand on this toothsome pizza freshly baked from oven. It’s always sold on whenever I drop by but this time, considered lucky to have got one :D The filling of the pizza is quite generous with the juicy cutlets of chicken bites which are very tender. Moderate amount of cheese is added to it alongside some vegetables to complete a wholesome meal, so the portion is just nice. Not only the combination flavor is good, it’s also very savory and thus very appetizing. Seafood Aglio Olio This fare seems to be popular among the guests, so be prepared to wait awhile upon dropping your order. It’s delish to have the spaghetti cooked al dente with some light sprinkles of black pepper and chilli flakes. They helps to zest up the dish naturally. Accompanied seafood like juicy prawns and tangy calamari rings are agreeably fresh and tasty especially eaten with their deep-fried garlic slices. Hokkaido Cheese Soufflé Saw this accidentally when passing by with a handful of bakeries :D Since it’s quite inviting to a cheese fan, so naturally, it’s added to cart :D As we know, soufflé is meant to be soft and fluffy, but at the same time with some light creaminess to go along. This Hokkaido Cheese Soufflé does meet the prerequisite of this menu and therefore, considered quite ok. It’s not too sweet, but tad too dry to my liking. I guess it would be better off if it was bit more moisturized and richer in cream. That would be perfect! Le Sultan Initially to me, it looks like a rich and creamy chocolate cake, which in fact is actually a moist mud cake, with alternating coffee-butter cream and dark ganache in between. The dark chocolate cake is nice as it’s not too sweet, plus spongy as well. One thing that intrigues me most is the bottom layers that they use. It’s not like the usual crashed McVities bicsuits, instead, more of flaky and crispy bites. It’s actually quite additive, especially with the mild chocolate ganache included as well to cement the flakes. Delish and I think it’s not too sinful :P Pineapple Juice After some hearty and creamy meal, it’s always best to have some fruit juice to clear the throat. This pineapple juice is cooling, not too sour. Filled with the zest of pineapple taste and of decent concentration, it’s definitely one beverage that is most welcomed especially on a sunny day
