Matcha Milk with Special Foam Gong Cha is already making its presence with the word of mouth spread by the tea enthusiasts alike. Apparently their signature attraction is their addition of special foam to its tea beverage One of the latest addition is at the area of Golden Triangle. To hang around the mall with a cuppa of take-away tea is blissful. And thus, I got myself a decent cup of Matcha Milk with Special Foam. Am already liking matcha for quite some time and now it even comes in a milkier version, which is better as I could enjoy both worlds ^^ The matcha is first prepared and shaked by the staff before it is poured into the plastic cup and topped off with a layer of white foam. I asked for less ice so that I could taste the original flavor of matcha. Compared to the other players in this field, their green tea is much milder and not as apparent compared to its competitors. With the addition of its trademark foam, it further makes the tea much creamy and a stronger taste of milk. It’s quite good and could be better if the green tea aroma could be heightened a little more :D
