Heard of Uncle Jang from many friends long time ago. Finally, we decided to give it a try at the Puchong branch. Kiasu type of us reached around 5.30pm but we found out eh operation hours start from 6pm for dinner session. However, we walked to the first floor and have a "peep" from outside. The staff smile and greet us by welcoming us to walk in. hehe! Afraid of over spicy taste of the dish, both of us ordered dak-galbi (spicy chicken) with 1 spicy (RM22) + 1 normal flavor (RM19)~ The friendly staff started to cook for us, with the smoke came out from the pan, we were choke and coughing around. After 5 or 10 mins, we are ready to have our ramen with dak-galbi. Yummy! Spicy lovers loved it!
