tong pak fu is located at setapak along jalan genting klang. easy to locate this place as near to the main road and just along the 24 hour in house cafe shoplot area. parking is easy to find here. you can park in front of the shop or go down the road back lane. more parking there tong pak fu , they were award wining dessert from Hong Kong shown in the menu. many choices of cold and hot desserts available quiet place but nice to hang out with friends to chill out and enjoy their variety choices of the desserts price is so reasonable here. try their black sesame desserts and also snowy ice mango.so delicious and taste cooling famous for their Glutinous Rice Ball RM4.80. It came with peanut and sesame seed mix topping which were pretty good.
