Pan Seared Barramundi (sea bass fish) | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

Marco's Pizza located at Kelana Jaya, combined of two unit shoplots with its eye-catching signboard can be easily identified from the main road. This is my first dining experience here. The environment of this restaurant is spacious and comfortable. It was quite packed during the dinner time. After having a quick glance on their menu, I have decided to try their popular signature dish - Pan Seared Barramundi (sea bass fish). Sea bass fish is often being called as siakap fish. This dish was served with two pieces of pan seared barramundi, underneath was pesto mashed potato, accompanied with Ratatouille vegetable and salad. The barramundi fish was very fresh and nicely pan seared to bring out the great taste naturally. The pesto mashed potato was smooth and tasty. The freshly prepared vegetable salad was good with its salad dressing whereas the Ratatouille vegetable was slightly sourish. Worth for a try.
