Guan Xiang 冠香云吞面 has established since 2004 and become one of the famous wantan noodles food stall that specialized in cooking various type of wantan noodles and its combinations. Guan Xiang @ Jalan Klang Lama is one of the food stall situated in the Restoran New Sea View hawker center. Guan Xiang here offers 7 different style of wantan noodles namely BBQ Pork Wantan Noodles, Mushroom chicken feet, Steamed oyster chicken, Dumpling Noodles and others. The Curry Chicken Wantan Noodles is served with wantan noodles, curry chicken, leafy vegetable and a bowl of clear soup. The texture of the wantan noodles is thin, springy and elastic, taste good with the black soy sauce. The curry chicken is mild spicy but the chicken meat has got a weird kind of smell. Overall, the quality has dropped and the cooking is done by foreign workers.
