Seafood chowder in bread bowl is a bread bowl filled with seafood and thick chowder cream. This doesn’t appeal engaging to me when it was served. Upon first bite…..well…um…I really don’t think anyone should order this. As a matter of fact, I don’t think anyone should be serving this. It is the exact opposite of palatable. Bread was not nicely done, “bowl” was not nicely created. As a result of that the amount of soup in this “thing” (I honestly don’t know how to describe it) was just a wrong to gustatory senses. Almost like it was a left over or unsold item from yesterday. The bread was dry and the chowder was ungenerous in both portion and quality. Mainly consisting of filament processed crab stick and processed or frozen ingredients, the chowder tasted awful. At the same time, it was horribly presented as well. Thankfully, the quiche mushroom manage to do them a bit of justice to create some authenticity when it comes to reputation.
