Looking for a nice place to loosen oneself after a hectic day at the Golden Triangle? Let’s head to this cozy lounge, Glass Lounge, which is located strategically at Crowne Plaza Mutiara Hotel. I also just got to know about this place after jump into the suggestion on my friend’s, after dinner, hehe.. You can’t go wrong if you’re looking for some quiet place with some privacy as well. The environment was warm with live band serenading oldies. It just brought back all the sweet life encounters down the memory lane, hehe.. :) Sitting at these comfy couch while enjoying the music, best paired with some drinks and snacks: P Here we have some distilled beverages, or usually know as spirits! Hehe.. Believe it or not, it’s my first liqueur experience! :P So as friend recommended, we chose Whisky and Vodka, with lime (Since am a newbie^^ )…thus I suppose it’s a lighter version. They taste slightly bitter to me, I might need sometime to appreciate it perhaps, hehe…but also balanced off with the sweetness by coke. Luckily! ^^…… I guess I’d keep the latter as my pick!^^ Then we have this late night snack of Tempura Salmon. It’s delicious! Amongst he crispy layer on the outside, it’s soft and flaky in the inside. For this, I really enjoyed it! First time to be paired with liqueurs, haha… Well, after this, I shall keep my options open and would further contemplate these new beverages :)
