too salty | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

Went there on 23/6 and the restaurant was full at that time. Waited for about 10 minutes before we managed to get a table. after getting the table, we keep calling the staff to clear our table for at least 15 mins. but no reply. so, went to the counter to tell them. the waiter show a very sour face and tell 'TUNGGU, TUNGGU LAH' I said saya sudah lama tunggu ! he said 'kalau tak boleh tunggu tak payah tunggu ! if i was not using the coupons online i would have walk away. i went back to my table and TUNGGU again ! after few minutes, the waitress came and another waiter come to 'help' but he was throwing the plate and bowl into the bin..to show that he is angry. is this the right attitude ? no matter how good is ur food, your service falls below zero. for food, it is too salt and taste like kicap soup only. no bak kut teh taste ! i hope the management will send their staff for customer service training. busy is not an excuse for you to be rude to ur customer
