Ice Bowl ss2 had closed and there is a newly open branch in Seksyen 17 Petaling Jaya. It is next to the famous Kim Seng restaurant. Comparing with the size of the shop, it is much smaller than the ss2 branch, and only able to cater 10+ people at a time. I went there around 9pm, as I was craving for some ice, and I need to wait for a few minutes to get a seat. I had a Spring on Ice. Spring on Ice- It is a ice jelly on top of flavoured shaved ice. there are few pieces of lemon served with it. I squeeze the lemon juice around the ice before I eat it. The lemon bring a refreshing lemon sense to the desert. The taste is sourish sweet as the lemon juice. It is very refreshing. There are pearl on it too. The pearl are a chewy, but they are lump together. Im guessing it had been cooked since morning, and the plasticizer break down due to the hot weather. Ice bowl give special discount for student too. And in normal day, they have a buy 1 free 1 mango series juice. For me, they are quite worth it.
