West 57th Street Cafe by Zang Toi is really one unique café. It is located at Parkson Pavillion , tucked in one corner inside the mall. At first glance, one would definitely be captured by its chic and elegant décor. It exudes the classy and grandeur feel with dangling accessories and sparkling hanging mirrors on the wall. The ceramics were lovely as well! After we were seated comfortably, we chose the main course under Set B; that is Hainanese Chicken Chop and also Spicy Fried Tang Hoon with Fried Chicken. Both menu comes with Zang Toi’s Tea Punch as well as Banana Chocolate Cake with Ice Cream as the dessert. The drink, Ice Lemon Tea, which is garnished with mint leaves and added with some lemon peels, is truly refreshing. The first main course was pretty nice as the chicken was fried till crispy and dripped with some savoury hainanese sauce. As for the latter menu, the glass noodle was tossed spicily and still very tangy. Both also came with fries and coleslaw to complement the meal. As for dessert time, we have Banana Chocolate Cake with Ice Cream and I love it so much! The moist chocolate could be seen oozing out, as it was still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that is drizzled with lots of hot chocolate sauce. Sinful indulgence indeed! Slurps! ^^
