Soya Bean | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

Soya Bean

As my Singapore cousin just down touched, we headed to Dragon-I since she conveyed that she would like to have some oriental cuisine that time. As we arrived, we were first entertained with some tidbits. I think it’s some sort of steamed groundnuts in soya sauce. Sounds plain but still nice to keep you waiting for your main dishes :p First to join us on the table was this Szechuan Dan Dan La Mian. Looking at its bright reddish soup, does intimidate me awhile for reminding me of one awful experience taking Ma La La Mian @@.. Luckily, it’s not as bad as what am fearful for, hehe. In fact, it taste savory with some sesame fragrance. It’s just bit spicy but not overwhelming, thank god! So, I love it! :P After one small bowl, am still longing for more..hehe. .for the La Mian noodle taste so good and was springy as well. Not like those noodle which gets soggy very fast. So I really enjoyed its texture. Then our stir fried mixed vegetable arrived. Actually, I don’t have much expectation on this, but it turned out to be quite a cherished dish. The assorted greens might seem ordinary, but it’s the gravy that came along. I suppose the stock was layered on the top once the vegetables had been cooked. So, they were nicely blend in with the sweetness of the gravy. Nice!
