Signature Pearl Tea Nowadays, there are indeed more than a handful of these trendsetting bubble milk tea around the town. In this case, Come Buy has also gotten its own brand range. For their signature Pearl Tea, I have asked for 30% sugar and no ice, so that I could actually taste the aroma of the tea, which otherwise, would be diluted with the addition of too much ice cubes. With this proportion, I can really savour the tea taste indeed. Aside from that, it’s also very milky and quite smooth. The bouncy pearls also add some chewiness to the tea. However, am still not a huge fan of pearl tea, compared to the usual common humble cuppa of latte :D
