It’s the familiar aroma wafting in the air again when I passed by after work one day. As tummy was already making noise, the next moment I knew was am already joining the queue to grab myself a decent pretzel :D Lately I long for something green like matcha bakeries, hot ocha and thus, seaweed topping would be my choice of the day. The pretzel was nicely baked and it’s so fragrant. Luckily this time round it isn’t that greasy as last time and having said that, bit harden. Perhaps it was dished out on the tray for some time to cool off. As for the seaweed topping, it had a very mild savory taste which would be better if it’s more intense. After all, seaweed is such a nutritious food to be part of our diet.
