Non-GMO Canadian Soya Bean Signature Ice Call it the new addiction? Haha. Here I am, with another round of shaved ice dessert from Snowflakes after one hectic day. To rejuvenate myself, I opt for a nutritious bowl of Non-GMO Canadian Soya Bean Signature Ice. As am quite a huge fan of soya bean for its many nutrients, am quite curious and eager to try it on. The shaved ice is very fine and melt in mouth, having the fragrance of soya beans. It’s bit plain compared to its other selection and I enjoy it for being not overly sweet. To spice it up, I choose to have toppings such barley, black glutinous rice and the beetroot balls. The pinkish balls delights me not only its lovely colors, but also the mild flavor of beetroot which is equally nutritious. And there I go, chewing joyfully all the way....
