Ninja Joe had a new menu on board. This time, I bought a voucher from Groupon. I had a Brucely and Chuck set.Compare to what I had a years back, they only offer pork burger with different sauce, fries, and drinks. Now they have burger with patty, rice, shuriken fries, normal fries and others. I also had shuriken fries, and normal fries, carbonated drinks to compliment my set. Brucely Burger- is basically Pork Chop patty with bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato. The pork chop mean serious business, it is a thick piece of pork meat, with shin attached to it, and a little fatty layer. The meat was grilled to perfection, it is chewy and full of texture. The vege compliment the meat very well. They ease down the oiliness of the meal. Chuck Burger0 is a minced pork patty with bacon, cheese, egg, onion, tomato, lettuce, and crispy onion rings. They are so many ingredient in it, full off flavor and different texture. It is quite hard to eat everything together as my mouth isnt large enough, so I eat it layer by layer. The bun is soft and sweet, but nothing special to it. The it is the crispy onion ring. Sadly, it was soggy a bit, lack in flavor though. Then the egg is fully cooked. The bacon is a bit char, the minced pork patty is quite ok, very rich in flavor but a bit oily. Vege is fresh and crunchy.
