Ham Steak This fare has definitely widened my horizon as far as steak is concerned. I have never though that ham could be dished up such a way fantastically. It’s really juicy and finger-licking good! According to Terry, the ham steak is just being grilled that way without the need to add on any other condiments as the meat has earlier been cured and cooked in German style, then blend in with delicate mixture of herbs. You have the option for this Ham Steak to come with brown or salsa sauce, and I personally prefer the latter one for better flavor! When paired with the smooth and creamy mashed potato, it’s none other than superb! Thumbs up!
