Egg Tart



I have always enjoys pastries from The Baker's Cottage for its freah and delectable bakeries. Can’t believe this egg tart can be so velvety smooth! As you bite on it, you could enjoy the nice pastry skin which is not too floury but smell buttery nice, alongside with its silky eggy custard. It’s fresh and so, you could still see the custard is still bit moist. Soft and not too sweet. Yum! Chocolate Cupcake The first impression given after the first bite of the cake was, it is so soft! I know that cupcake is very common and ubiquitous nowadays, but to get a good texture one, then it’s a different question. First of all, the cake itself is soft and very spongy. It has got the intense chocolaty taste and it’s quite moist. With the occasional bites of chocolate chips, it helps heighten up the cocoa flavor and bring it up to another level of enjoyment. So fluffy yet filling :D For best indulgence, it’s better to have it within 2 days, else, it get slightly solid a bit : D
