I love Yoo is always my all time favorite. Situated at the ground floor of The Garden's mall, It is just a small kiosk with few table about it, but most of the time, they are full of customers. I normally had their set, which include a porridge and yao char guai. Porridge- It is a dry scallop porridge. I like its thick texture, and sometimes got little shred of dry scallop in it. It is smooth and fragrant. I like the taste of the dry scallop so much. It is full of seafood freshness. I usually put only little seasoning on top, and a little of the onion-fried oil, because for me, it compliment the porridge very well. Yao Char Guai- I was there after the lunch hour, where the crowd is lesser. They will normally fried the yao char guai during peak hours, and left the extra on shelf. I had a less crispy and warm yao char guai. Still ok for me though because I yao char guai is only a complimentary to the porridge. I soaked the yao char guai into the porridge to let it take up all the porridge in and eat it while it is hot. It is a great mixture of flavor and full of texture.
