One word to describe it the moment it arrives is practically speechless! Haha.. I never expect it to be so pitch black! Compared to the similar fare I had at The Loaf, which is much softer tone, this definitely comes as a total surprise to me! Nevertheless, the taste doesn’t let me down :D The squid ink spaghetti is really nicely cooked al dente and very springily smooth. It somehow blends well with the squid ink and also the decent addition of chilly oil which is easily recognized with its reddish hue amidst the dark sauce. The fried onions and garlics lend a hand in some smoky aroma with some rendition of dried chillies melofy too :D Fret not, the squid ink doesn’t pose any unpleasant or funny taste, but merely the bold colour and near to tasteless, so it’s fine. But I guess it’s more receptive amongst the youngsters I suppose, haha. I must say I really enjoyed it! Deliciosa! ^_^ Come to one of their Specialita, that is Linguine pasta with smoked salmon in light cream sauce! It does look slightly lighter from presentation, but still very filling if were to complete it alone :D This pasta is served with sautéed smoked salmon in a light cream sauce. The linguine has been prepared al dente and thus quite smooth blending delicately with the light sauce. The white gravy isn’t too creamy and is savory in tantalizing your tastebud. As for the salmon bites, the flaky meats are fresh and the original taste of salmon is still very good maintained. With some heavy sprinkles of black pepper, this this is ready to go! ^__^ Fruit Punch This is one drink that you must try whenever dining at Capricciosa. It is none other than their signature Fruit Punch! Concocted between orange and mango juice with grenadine, this beverage is really zesty, refreshing and thirst quenchers! Not too sweet but you could still enjoy the superb distinctive taste of the respective flavours which also presents a pretty well combination. Love it!
