Blueberry Crumble Pie After one late night at desk, thought a lighter dinner would be better. Hence, dropped by Mercato awhile for a quick grab. Actually there are quite a humble spread of bakeries choice at Mercato Bakery, so it depends on what you’re going for. For me, the Blueberry Crumble Pie would be good enough for me. The pie portions is quite decent with some blueberry hues alternating in the filling of the pie. The crumble on top is pretty floury, without much taste. Lies beneath it is where the blueberry flavor comes in, lending some sweetness to the pie. However, the pie skin itself is a bit too hard to my likin. Somehow, I find the filling resembles some solid sponge cake embedded in a pie, hehe. It could be bit filling, so don’t underestimate its look :D
