Pork Chop | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

Pork Chop

First of all, hygiene is absolutely important in the food industry. This restaurant is pretty okay when it comes to cleanliness but what impresses me would be the variety of food that is served. There is a wide range of almost every dish in the chinese cuisine. Starting from the braised pork rice, which is rather good compared to a lot of Taiwanese restaurant. And since Formosa is also serving mainly Taiwanese food, Pork chop seems to be a must then. The pork chop dry noodle is pretty ordinary, but the Taiwanese style pork chop is something that would never go wrong. Then there is the Fried Small Bamboo shoots which is amazingly sweet and flavourful . Taiwanese love eating bamboo shoots. This particular ingredient is widely use in their culinary probably due to the wide availability of this ingredient in their country. As long as it is fresh and not preserved, anything with bamboo shoots would be really amazing. And being a Taiwanese restaurant, the beverages would have a wide range of milk tea. Milk tea of various flavours. I tried the watermelon milk tea, which tasted something like watermelon plus milk.
