Dry Scallop Porridge



I like to take porridge as breakfast, and I Love Yoo dry scallop porridge is certainly one of my favourite. I had their set which include porridge and Yao Char Guai. Dry Scallop Porridge- hot and thick texture, full with flavour. I always add in some pepper, soy sauce and fragrant oil to enrich the flavour. Yao Char Guai- It is freshly fried, served hot. Its still crunchy. I like to soak it into the porridge and let them soaked up the porridge, eat it when it soften a bit and yet still maintain the crunchiness. For me, that is the most delicious way to eat it.
