Sushi Zanmai is located at second floor of new wing. This restaurant is always packed with patrons. You can always see a long queue during weekends and public holiday. So do be patient if you wish to try the food here. The restaurant is using open air concept, means it is not covered fully with wall. So you can see the shoppers walking around in the mall. May be lack of waiters of too many customer, I think it is hard to get the attention from the waiter for some special request. However, the food serve not as slow as i thought. I have ordered chicken katsu don (a bowl of rice topped with a deep-fried chicken cutlet, egg, and condiments) which is one of my favourite. The chicken is crispy, the egg is well cooked and some special soy sauce make the rice more tasty. Overall, i think the food is worth the price.
