"The restaurant is located at a row of shops beside Festival City Mall. Because it is situated behind, to find it, visitors would need to go around the row of shops. I believe parking here is not too bad since not all shops are open yet. There is even roof parking. Design wise it's pretty good considering they use alot of white and play good music as well. Good for business meetings that require alot of talking and also as a chillout point. This round I ordered the Tappers Hainanese Chicken Chop, Chocolate Milkshake and Onion Rings. Tappers Hainanese Chicken Chop again comes with rather good portion however the blend of taste between the chicken and sauce could be improved. This meal is better than the Olio Speghetti. Compliments for their effort to design the Chocolate Milkshake. Taste wise again, similar to the Vanilla Milkshake is more creamy but with more taste. Among the 3 dishes, the Onion Rings have to be the best. The onion pieces in each ring is thick and satisfying. Recommended. Besides the food, they could improve on their service better by having waiters who can speak English as well as their service efficiency.
