This place honestly needs no introduction. I don't even think a review is necessary for it has long established its prestige and prominence and I have eaten there countless times but I am pretty sure some of you out there have yet to try the pan mee here so here you go: The chilli pan mee was quite nice. I reckon it's the noodles that makes it good. The texture of the noodles, the way it is processed (like ramen), makes the entire dish taste much better as compared to the usual flat pan mee style that other restuarant use. The chilli was fragrant, though spicy if put too much on the noodles. The only put-off was the soup that came with the noodles. It's like the Face 2 Face style, but I think this one's more 'original' & yes, it does taste better, especially the texture of the noodles & the fragrance of the entire dish.
