Japanese Curry Rice with Tempura prawn | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

Irrashaimase! Cheerfully greeting 'welcome' by the staff the moment steps in the restaurant. The environment has got very strong Japanese 'feel' with Japanese style of decoration plus playing Japanese videos. Always wanted to try Japanese curry and wonder how does it taste... I have ordered Japanese Curry Rice with Tempura prawn. The curry rice is serves with 3 big Tempura prawns and deep-fried of pre-boiled eggs that cut into half. The Japanese curry is not too thick, just mild to moderate spicy. The deep-fried Tempura prawns are very crispy & tasty and the prawns are fresh. Dipping Tempura prawns into the Japanese curry does increases my appetite. Overall, up to expectations and a very satisfying Japanese meal.
