Earl Grey Pearl Milk Tea | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

When we say this place is new...well yes its new...including the "newness" of it's service. Upon being the only person in front of the order counter I was not entertained even though there are staff around until I gave that blur look then someone attended to me. Being one of the first few customers of the day, I ordered a Earl Grey Pearl Milk Tea. To my surprise the pearls are not ready yet and they ask if I could swap with another topping, which I did by swapping it with grass jelly. Well they should have prepared the stuff earlier before the first customer is expected to arrive since that drink is on their poster and is labelled as a "must try". When it comes to the drink, well it's typical milk tea. But the portion of grass jelly is less than satisfying. Unlike a certain purple colour competitor. The only advantage I believe is that customers can bring the drink into the GSC cinema hall since it's under glitters. But I doubt that would be a strong advantage. Try harder.
