Life's like a sea of fish. You'll never know what you're gonna catch! At The Manhattan Fish Market, they only serves the freshest and lip-smacking seafood. Although it is called 'Small' Flame, but it is 'big' enough for 2 pax. This Small Flame serves with three medium prawns, grilled dory fish on a bed of garlic herb rice, french fries, broccoli and cut carrots. The pre-cooked prawns are topped with cheese then flame-up in front of customers. The grilled dory fish fillet is quite thick and tasty with tartar sauce. The broccoli was too soft or over-boiled and the cut carrots was a bit hard and raw. Food was served within 10 - 15 mins. Overall, having a quite satisfying dining experience here.
