Among many places that I went to eat ice, this place have the most reasonable price and the ice are quite nice too. There is one interesting promotion, you can get 50% discount for selected drinks if it's a raining day. Drink: Hot Coffee Latte - Taste Voucher Food: Ice Cream (Vanilla) Waffle with Chocolate sauce - Taste Voucher The waffle is very crispy if compare with outside, not a bad choice to have waffle here. However, from their menu, waffle is not in the list. So, you might can't get the chance to eat waffle at there, or perhaps you can try ask from them? I have waited for this waffle to get done around 30 mins, but worth wait for it's taste. Dessert: Yu Yuan Ice - RM5.50 If compare to shop such as snowflake, UFO and Meet Fresh, Ice Box's ice is the most considerable place to eat. This is because they use more ingredient and cheaper. Environment: The environment is quite big and comfortable. There is an information TV that shows tourism places in Taiwan. Quite an interesting thing to look at while having food or waiting for food. The shop mainly promoting the tourism of Taiwan, their wallpaper is full with Taiwan's foods and they also giving free maps of Taiwan. Service: Just like Snowflake, it's a self service counter where you need to order at their counter. But the different is their staff will send the food to the customers. Besides that, their staff is quite friendly and they remember their customers. The first time I went there and I showed the Taste Voucher to them, they don't know what is the voucher about and they tried their very best to get to their boss. But their boss doesn't pick up his call. Therefore, I chose to have Yu Yuan Ice which available in their menu for that day. The second time (after one week) I went there, incredibly, they still remember me (maybe because of the voucher?). Transport: The transportation is quite not convenient because Pandan Indah area always full with cars and people always do double parking around there where my car being blocked the time I want to leave. If choose to have public transport, you have to walk quite a distance from the bus stop and LRT Cempaka station. In conclusion, this is the first time I use Taste Voucher and face problem that they don't know what is the voucher about. Maybe Joinme and the shop should give more information to staffs first before letting us try the voucher?
