The Ship's Salad | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

The Ship have a branch in Damansara Uptown. Quite noticeable with the big Ship Logo in front of the restaurant. I was greeted and showed a seat. The captain was very friendly and up-going person. He can speak little chinese, and very persuasive. He know the meal very well, and recommended some dishes for us. I had Ship's Salad, and Crispy Spring Chicken. The Ship's Salad-It is a freshly selected lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber sticks, dressed with turkey ham, boiled egg and croutons, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, served with Thousand Island sauce or French dressing. A very simple salad. The taste is normal though, and there are just a little cheese on it. I do prefer slightly more heavier cheese flavor. The ham is quite salty, and eat it with the bread, the taste is just nice Crispy Spring Chicken-Deep fried whole spring chicken marinated with our chef's special recipe served with mini salad and french fries. Simple serving, with a piece of chicken, some raw vege and fries. The chicken is serve sizzling hot. Not oily at all, and the fragrant is so nice. The chickens are not dry and so tender. I like the crispy skin so much. It is very well marinated. The fries and salad are just normal though
