People in Melaka really do like shopping a lot. This is said based on the amount of malls available in such a small state. There are easily more than 3 malls, big and small within the proximate of few km apart from one another. Aeon mall already has two within the town area. I recently visited the newer one located adjacent to the current Tesco mall. Good thing there is only one Tesco hypermarket or it would be difficult for me to describe the location. Or rather it would be complicated perhaps. The usual tea break I enjoy whenever I am in any aeon mall is right about at the aeon food court. There are noodles, rice, buns, pastries, local delights and the usual tea and coffee right from their beverage booth. The freshly roasted coffee sets amazing aroma while the hot tea calms your mood. Enjoy that with the freshly baked egg tart with crunchy pastry and soft egg custard. The only drawback would be the overcrowded pack especially on a weekend so it would be not easy grabbing a seat.
