Spinach and artichoke formaggio



Italiannies is my favourite place to meet and get together with my friends. I especially love their starters and their bread with balsamic in particular. Loves it that it is moist and soft with grains, and resulting in that solid texture of the bread. Also my favourite is the Spinach and artichoke formaggio. The rich parmesan cheese blended with spinach, and mush and serve with yummy homemade garlic bread. Somehow, this is a great dish to share. And when I said sharing I mean strictly sharing. I am not even sure if that is a good thing cause that makes it hard for small groups or even the small eaters to dine in. I would also love to see their kitchen opening till a bit later cause the bar opens till rather late. It would be awesomely great if the kitchen opens till late night as well. Mentioning about sharing, same goes with the angel hair pasta. There is no way anyone could eat that all by themselves. The freshly made tomato puree makes a whole lot of difference when it comes to tomato sauce. Tangy sweet and sourly appetizing.
