Galaxy puchong did try a little hard to serve everything from rice to noodle and western fusion. I manage to try the Galaxy fried rice, which I thought was a good try and decision to serve that on the menu. I appreciate all the effort of the chef puts in to make this dish looking presentably delicious. Served with two fried chicken wings, pickled vegetables and fried egg, the fried rice is also accompanied by crunchy prawn crackers and the awesome chili sambal. It is smart to serve this with pickled vegetable as that would perk up the taste bud hence resulting in this dish being more appetizing. This sells at Rm 17.90. It is not cheap, but I supposed we’ll have to pay a bit more for the service and the ambience. And like I mentioned earlier, the range of dishes in the menu is really wide. There is Japanese Miso Ramen at Rm 15.90. Serving in miso broth with some squid, bean sprout, carrot and egg, This is a very simple dish for those who opt for something soupy and light.
