Golden Mushroom Herbs Sauce 香椿猴头菇, is a very delicious dish where golden mushroom is stir-fried with capsicum, basil leaf, curry leaf and other herbs. The texture of the golden mushroom is quite chewy and taste good. Recommended for a try.
