
Samplings on the Fourteenth is a fine dining restaurant which set up by Berjaya University College of Hospitality. It has training courses for the students during day time while become a high-class restaurant at night. Pan Seared Cod This dish serves with potato and leek mash, wild mushrooms, cured cherry tomato and olive tart with saffron nage. Thumbs up for it! The dish is not only attracting my appetite, but also tastes great! The cod is so tender that just like melt in my mouth when I eat it. It is very fresh without any fishy odor. If you are a seafood lover, you can't miss it. Highly recommend! Slow Roasted Lamb Shank with Rosemary Jus served with paresan polenta and grilled baby vegetables. Chestnut Mille Feuille served with orange flavored Christmas pudding and cinnamon ice cream. The last dish is sweet dessert to sweet your heart :D I like the chestnut mille feuille, because it tastes soft with dense chestnut custard. Add some strawberries with chestnut mille feuille is a good combination. You can feel sweet and sour taste at the same time which make the dessert refreshing without greasy feeling.
