chulo looks like a bistro more than a restaurant. i never thought the food in bistro will be so good. service was good and the platter was good. i highly recommend this place to my friends. its a great chilling out spot. toilet is clean and environment is not bad. one thing i was disappointed with the foreign waiters who can hardly understand english. he wanted to bring me a coke when i asked for the code for this voucher redemption.
