-Service- It is just a small shop. Quite tiny as compared to others. I couldn’t found out if I missed the signboard. Luckily it is still eyes-catching with its logo. The staff was served us passionately however we faced the same problem again. He told us he was not cleared about the taste voucher, it took one hour plus to settle all things up.Despite that, he was still very patient to wait for the call from the management and kept say sorry due to the inconveniences. -Food- Finally the problem has been settled, immediately we ordered Sumo A. After a few minutes, the dish was served. A plate that consists of 3 pieces of seaweed, mashed potato that served cold, rice with tamago (egg) on top, ban ban ji (chicken), ebiko (baby fishes’ egg) with some mayo on top, chuka kurage (seasoned jellyfish)as well as chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and miso soup. Tamago (the egg) tastes sweet and soft, very suitable to eat together with rice. The seaweed I think is use to roll up the rice so we can eat like sushi. By the way, the seaweed is quite tasteless for me. Ban ban ji is just very normal, no much surprise for me. I can only felt the tenderness of the chicken, no crispy, no juicy. While, the ebiko was amazed me! I can felt them dancing around on my tongue… LOL! It is not considered as crispy, but somehow when I bite them, they were just “explode” haha!!! Oh ya! If you have ever taste the sago, you will just know how I feel! The ebiko is comes with some salty taste but with the mayo (sour sweet taste), it was just fine. Nice combination! Chuka kurage was very “Q”, chewable! The tastes was very fresh, nice try ^^ Not forgot to mentioned that the texture of chawanmushi was very smooth, even I am the one who not really like the steamed egg also will like it :) Lastly, the miso soup that has few pieces of touhu (I saw only got 4-5 tiny pieces..LOL) not really suit my flavor as it is quite weird taste for me… (someone say got “soy sauce “taste (豉油味)! Haha!Overall, Sumo A was a nice dishes ^^ quite big portion with reasonable price (RM 9.80 that comes with a set,with all the items that I’ve mentioned above ^^) -Ambiance- One of the things that caught my attention was the wallpaper that full with cute sumo athletes wearing different colour of panties!!!! (just like having a sumo wrestling..haha!) Thanks to joinme for giving me such a nice experience! Arigatou Gozaimasu!!! :D
