Fougasse Boulangerie & Patisserie is a restaurant, bakery and cake shop combine togather became a one fusion cafe. The Chef was using the Japan recipe to prepared the bread and cake. The bread was made in special shape and provide a lot of type of taste of bread that I never see it other place before. It was japan bread that general can be watch from the Japan animation. I'm anime Fan! I formally want to try this one day! Now already dream came truth! The Japan famous bread known as "Melon Bun" was sell at there XD I decide order one slice of cake which called "Le Sultan". It was dark chocolate cake!!! I get shock when I started eat one bite. The cake was contain several diferent taste layer. Coffee mix the dark chocolate layer. So special combination taste~~~ I very recommend this fusion cafe for JoinMe friends to view this fusion cafe...It is a good place for meeting new friends there!!You are welcome there~~:P
