Pu Tien, a name of a Fujian province in China whereby the people of Putien is also referred to as Xing Hua. This restaurant serves very authentic Putien dishes which is somewhat similar to most Chinese dishes. Serving interesting dishes like the drunken cockles and XO jelly fish, the dining experience is an intriguing one.
