Hot Cappuccino | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

It's quite hard to reach the restaurant as it cannot be seen for the road outside and I can't find the address on the google map or even gps navigator. I only can click the map on the website and roughly know where is the location. If I am not staying around there, it's quite hard to find it. It's located at the row of shops behind PatKinPatSan. The decoration of the restaurant is quite nice with white colour as theme. When I reached there, the staff handed me the menu, then I showed him the voucher. He went in for quite a long time but not yet come out, so I called another staff to order my drinks first. Then the boss came out and asked me where did I get the voucher because he didn't even know about the voucher stuffs. Then he called the people in charge to understand what was the situation. While they were verifying the vouchers, the staff served me the coffee that I ordered but I didn't drink it because I didn't know what was the situation and cause my coffee get cold when they settled the problems. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana. The portion of the dish is quite big compared to usual chicken chop i eat. The chicken is coated with bread crumbs and fried,then topped with tomato sauce and cheese. However the batter is a bit too thick and cause the chicken does not have crispy feel. The taste of the sauce is almost close to the taste of pizza. If you are a pizza or cheese lover, this dish should be quite not bad for you. The coleslaw is quite nice too. It's served cold, maybe was just taken out from fridge. But for the fries, it quite disappointed me because I think pre-fried the fries re-fried when the customers order it. This cause the fries is soaked with oil and texture become too hard. The quality of the fries would be quite nice if they fry it fresh upon request. Overall this dish can get 75 marks except the fries. The cappuccino is quite smooth and aroma is just nice enough, but it was not hot already when I drank it. They provide us brown sugar instead of white sugar. Overall, it would be a nice dining session if management communicate well with the restaurant.
