Birthday Treats #1 - Grilled Salmon Belly (Shioyaki) at Ichiban Boshi, Pavilion. Perfectly grilled salmon belly where the skin layer is still crispy. The salmon belly is very fresh, tasty and not too oily. Nice environment but a bit crowded and the chefs are very busy all the times.
