Its quite hard to find this restaurant, as there are no directory around. I went to the counter, and the person in charge invited me to have a seat politely. I looked at the menu, and ordered a Chicken Parmigiana It is served with fries and coleslaw. The chicken is basically fried chicken, topped with cheese and baked. I am guessing the chicken are pre-fried, and then topped some sauce and cheese, then oven-baked. The top part is nicely covered with cheese, but the bottom part was soggy. The fried chicken itself is covered with a thick batter. the thick batter absorb liquid from the cheese and sauce making it like a paste-like thingy. The fries is just normal, and the coleslaw is served cold, and the mayo is just nice. Just a suggestion, train the waiter with basic communication English. I had a difficult time with the foreign waiter. Besides that, It would be nice to show us which are the menu we can ordered and not just gave us the menu and let us choose. Overall, It is a great experience dining in Tappers, I like the decoration very much. Very cousy, and the pictures hanging on the wall are pretty too.
